    Could make a case that Pappi and Co have not been working on best interests of shareholders. They haven't explored options which were available to them, which even blindly Freddy Could see.
    Perhaps legal action, class action against Pappi and the board?
    Maybe an injunction to stop the liquidation process or legal action to appoint receivers who may be more favourable to keep RES as a going concern?
