if you understand how this works, you'll realise there is an enormous benefit to both longer term
if you can't beat them join them , not necessarily acquire them, and not at this stage $$$
issue is, debt remains so cheap, so there will be a lot more m&a activity over the next few years, until they starve out the little guys when interest rates go up
