Relenza is a better drug. Both of these have to be taken asap after falling ill. I've taken the drug three times and it's worked well all three times, resolution of fever within 24 hours.

However it's not a cure... you still have a flu, just not as severe and for a shorter time. Worth the $50 even for the seasonal strains imo.
