if you read the announcement you will see that its the CFO and Patents lawyer receiving shares based on clearly defined parameters which have been documented in past annual reports ... nothing new here.
To attract the best many ASX start ups offer shares rather than exorbitant salaries.
Stop misleading punters by stating it's a share grab by directors...
