When the US markets tanks a few weeks from now, it may be offer some very attractive bargains on the stockmarket.
This last year has certainly been a once in a lifetime opportunity for the creation of generational wealth. Don't listen to the "market commentators" for they only exist to sell their newspapers, TV shows, etc.
As Warren Buffett recently said, 5 years from now you'll be kicking yourself and wondering what good reason you had of not buying today. But I guess alot of people can't wait 5 years let alone 3 years.
