    Yes, I did read the announcement - the irony of that question is not lost on me, given your initial post. The median ASX underwriting fee between 1980 and 1996 was 3.66%, with an average of 3.68%. (How and Yeo). So no, the fees are not high. Factor in the low quantum of the raise and you'd expect the fee to be at the higher end of the standard 3-5% range. This may yet be the case if the underwritten component comes in materially.

    The fact that you asked "Can that change?" implied that you do not have knowledge of the company or the ability to interpret the pipeline of activity clearly laid out in the investor presentation. Your own knowledge would have answered that question. My sentiment reflects my view of the future.

    Not trying to be narky, but you opened up asking a question that was answered on the front page of the announcement at the top of the thread. I've missed nothing, thanks.
