(How and Yeo). So no, the fees are not high. Factor in the low quantum of the raise and you'd expect the fee to be at the higher end of the standard 3-5% range. This may yet be the case if the underwritten component comes in materially.
The fact that you asked "Can that change?" implied that you do not have knowledge of the company or the ability to interpret the pipeline of activity clearly laid out in the investor presentation. Your own knowledge would have answered that question. My sentiment reflects my view of the future.
