CFoam’s investee Innovaero Group signs deal with Boeing subsidiary with rapid release of high-tech Fox drone
Under the terms of the agreement, Insitu will provide common architectural software and ground control solutions to CFoam’s 10% owned Innovaero. This allows Innovaero to accelerate the development of its flagship Fox Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) drone.
Innovaero will also have the opportunity to support Brisbane-based Insitu by joining its global supply chain.
Innovaero CEO Simon Grosser said the agreement advances plans to integrate Fox with a common operating system on a variety of platforms.
