I'm not sure they are the same thing Navy. The DFS is comprehensive as it decides whether to proceed with the project, includes everything - near certainty for sure. However BFS is needed for loan terms, profitability, how much it's going to cost etc. This is usually required for financing with banks, etc.. If they were the same thing then why have WWI changed the first letter to a 'D' anyway?. Why not keep referring to it as BFS?

I think they don't they require financing to build a plant? It appears to me as though they will not be mining themselves. Me thinks someone else will be mining. Me thinking too much. I need a snack....
