Could this mean that SDL have multiple partners wanting in and now its a matter of selecting the partner, meaning that SDL hold the cards and have a few options, possibly explaining the delays in announcement?

Although I think we are getting wrapped up in the semantics of the words in excitement, with yesterdays activity further making us look for meaning in probably innocent statements in the report.
