The way I interpret this is that whilst CHM have no "sustainable claim" there is some acknowledgement that there maybe some claim to be satisfied, that is...

"so far as it constitutes a claim for a substantial interest in the Jack Hills or Weld Range tenementsand/or Murchison’s shares in Crosslands"

So my feeling is that MMX will attempt to settle for a small amount (maybe a bag of gobstoppers or some Chubba Chups) and send CHM away with a pat on the head well before the court date. If it does go to court my sense is that it will not amount to huge amounts.

Other thoughts anyone??
