Anyone worried about the confidence interval not being 95% should be at peace that as LC has said, as this article states - "Additionally, the data indicate that B-cell activating immunotherapy vaccines can induce clinically active antibody responses."Enough antibody responses is a direct impact of Hervaxx and proves the method of action works.
To me that's just as good as a 95% confidence interval and I'm sure the FDA will see it that way too (just like the IMDC did when they halved the patients required for the trial)
