As far as EPM is concern, they are focusing on the quartz & cryolite near term production for now with no radioactive minerals and if the number range of few billions up to said US$33 billions is accurate, I won't be bothered too much with the REE mate.
Again, by saying if EPM found REE with uranium then they're banned as well, have you asked why are you holding on to the sinking Titanic?
