Probably need to find one that is closing in on the closing off of a CAD $200 million acquisition and which is obtaining a FULLY operational ' moth balled ' lithium spodumene plant with a 250,000 tonnes per annum spec'd concentrator ( plant worth at least CAD $400 million ) , and one which comes all inclusive of a Lithium ore body which is 85% larger than that of our own pre-existing JORC'd Authier Deposit. ALL with environmental approvals in place and ready to go. You might also want to find one that is more than half way on to establishing a Lithium Hydroxide added value processing facility of 2,000 tonnes of Hydroxide per annum.
And while you're still looking for that comparison , why don't you also try and find one that has Government backed ' concessional ' to the tune of approximately 75% of the outstanding and assigned investment finance at effectively ZERO repayments and ZERO interest so long as Sayona meets the specified term sheet production targets of the Purchases Agreement.
If you've found one after meeting all those criteria ..... then you'll also need to find us one that due the connections to the relevant Government investment arm has been able to broker a ' Non Cash ' Asset backed insurance bond to suffice and satisfy the longer term environmental restoration and rehabilitation bond requirements by the same Governments own governing ministry of the MERN...... and which represents over 10% of the entire purchase price.
And I'm sure there are other points of difference as well ......like show me another CR deal such as this which will ultimately lead to the offsetting of the acquirer's cumulative tax losses in such an expedient and efficient manner such as what's on offer here. Raises a fairly significant question as well ......like who ended up with the HUGE tax losses of AJM ......
Anyway ......you get my point in that you won't find another CR type deal like this other than that of the PLS stressed acquisition of AJM. And we already know what the answer is for that right ?
