Assume new board will meet early next week (via Zoom given Turley is in iso) and setting some parameters for their 'in person' substantive meeting.

On the agenda will likely be discussion over transition of the CEO/MD role, possibly with RHK moving to a NED role upon identification and appointment of a new CEO (her best outcome). I wouldn't be surprised if Proksa has someone in mind.

Will be a lot of pressure now on Turvey at board level - particularly in the exercise of any casting vote and will be interesting to see how long LK lasts. Once RHK caves, LK is gone.

In a short while this company will be a whole new beast. Turvey will quickly realise keeping any allegiances, vis a vis his acting as an independent chairman, will be his own downfall. I think he will read the tea leaves and not waste his chance at chairmanship.
