Despite many posters claiming wins for both sides
in this case , it seems that the case is not yet done & dusted.
It looks like Porter wants the ABC's defence to be expunged
from court records but as of yet the Judge is not convinced.
Obviously there is something there that he doesn't want made public:

It's interesting that both Ch9 & News Ltd want them available to the public; both backers of the Libs!
