What the Judge decides will be based on the Law of the Land and will be based on previous High Court decisions. Unfortunatly for MMX I suggest they have unfortunatley have benifted by if you like being the holders of the stolen bike.I realise this may in due cause be a very unsavory dish for MMX but they have to give it back.
Or if CHM agree suitable compensation.That's my assement of the situation.
I'm not an expert in Law and my assement is based intirley on my understanding of common law.
