I think what boss is trying to say is -

if cfo is as good as you expect it is then it wouldn't be at 8m mc, it would be 80 or even higher.
you are looking at one side of things, yes the performance was crap, hence beaten down price. people buying in at this price to bet on a turnaround story, or even a quick trade base on TA, not because the current performance, you need to look at the other side of this, whether the valuation is fair to its price.

I've seen far worse company that has bigger cap than this, is it worth a punt at this price? it's for your own judgement.
