“Both partners will conduct feasibility studies for building a renewable green hydrogen plant in the State of Ceará. The goal is to produce 15 million tonnes of hydrogen by 2030. The green hydrogen plant will be installed in the Pecém Complex with an investment of US$ 6 billion. The project would create 2,500 jobs during development and around 800 jobs once in operation as of 2025.FFI aims to make renewable green hydrogen the most globally traded seaborne energy commodity in the world.”
