Good research but I don't think a PE of 5 is realistic. These prices will not hold long term. More likely a long term average iron ore price less than half the current level and apply a PE of 8 to 10 at those earnings. Then assume 1 more year at current levels of earnings before prices drop. Is your model able to run that scenario and give a share price?
