H_E_L_L_O FELLAS , finally some concerted passion about the options !
Having opened controversially , I am actually going to suggest that we remain calm and focussed for the moment-- there is every chance that we will get a positive judgement in the near future and the options get comfortably into play -- that is what I am praying for and I am confident that is what the Directors would also want -"problem solvered".
If that is not to be the case I will definitely be having some more to say.
Timo -- under NORMAL circumstances I don't believe that the Company has a legal obligation to extend the options by some mechanism , whatever that might be .However , as Matchbox has brilliantly posted his example , it can be done -- just a question of motivation and will.
Are these circumstances normal ?
O'Meara -- yes I agree, while for the reasons stated above it may not be necessary to extend the options , it is time for the Director's to indicate their intention , in principle .At least the option holders can act in an informed way in relation to the options while they can still be traded.

Rooster - you would normally be expected to be on the perch at dusk --for you still to be on the strut at 1.17 must indicate your level of anxiety!!(lol)
