How old was the poor old thing that died...90 was it? Was she a healthy 90 year old, or one suffering from various maladies that may at any time have claimed her life?
Vaccinated or not, it may have made no difference for her as the vaccine does not make you immune from getting the covid thing, but it could lessen the chances as well as lessen the severity.

The teen allegedly in ICU, as many here have questioned, were they a healthy teen or one that suffered from one thing or another and was unable to effectively fight the covid thing?
Certainly if one already suffers from asthma or a reduced lung capacity, or one of many other lung disorders they likely would be whipped straight in to ICU and put on some sort of breathing assistance. Would a smoker, or an ex smoker with lung damage be in trouble should they get the bug? Highly likely I'd say....just as they would if they got a bad Flu or pneumonia.

How many people use those asthma inhalers daily to help them breath easy? If you were hooked on to one of those getting the covid thing would be a serious health issue for you as opposed to some one with a healthy lung capacity.

The authorities need to tell the truth, not coax the media in to spreading BS, trying to use fear to spread their message. Yes get vaccinated I say to help the whole situation. I've had my first AZ injection and have a few weeks until the second. No vaccination fear here, zero after effects too...

There are plainly of anti vaxxers on this forum who will use the death of some one allegedly vaccinated to sell and support their anti vaccine stance.

The covid thing though still seems to have a fatality rate of .01% - .015% of those found to be infected.
But given that authorities claim there are likely thousands more people that get infected but don't get tested means the death rate is in fact less than .01%.

It isn't a death sentence for everybody like the media try to make out. It might be a bummer to get the thing, but it isn't likely to kill you. In fact the common Flu will make you feel just as bad in most cases it appears.
