I am suspecting the programs were for their media manipulation bots (and chat site troll bots), not just trading bots.
Profited from nearly bringing about global financial collapse, then gouged the victims like PNA, looted the US govt, and set profiting from the collapse all around them - serve no purpose to society imho - they don't even aid liquidity, the god for fools.
Happy for PNA not too be a large borrower.
