And then to further indulge yourself with more sneering at others and castles in the air about ‘what might be’ to deflect attention away from the fundamentals of Altura’s pending relaunch in regards FLV?
Shame.
I have looked a little at this project.

The land:
A bit of Nevada on which Tom Lewis and Brian Goss did some early drilling and put in the public arena after they acquired and renamed a failed cell phone company or whatever it was ‘Lithium Corporation’.
Their First Win?
It seems to me that was when they talked someone at Altura into investing $550,000 with them back in August 2012.
And then?
They did NOTHING(?) (lets blame the weather) until they managed to organise
….. a second win ;
An earn in deal with another local company - American Lithium - in March 2016 .
American Lithium got cracking and did some early drilling.

Apparently not … Or if there was follow up, results are kept quiet
But the upshot of the 80% earn in deal is …ZILCH apart from the cash that got handed over at the start.
In 2019 the deal falls over At the end of the day American Lithium - seeking the best tenements in FLV preferred to goes and buys a different set of tenements in the area (Gap Lodge?)
Lithium Corporation is sulking along on a shoestring, focusing on other interests and, sadly, one of the bosses apparentlty reads the VULCAN statement* that Fish Lake Valley will never be a great brine resource because it appears they do not bother to renew the Placer Claims when they expire.
(*But that may just have been Vulcan marketing)
Third win?
Altura needs Fish Lake Valley in order to stay afloat in a bid to earn money back for disappointed investors.
Altura pulls out the Lithium Corp interest (4 million shares and James Brown directorship) to validate, and hands over another $50 grand to LithiumCorp as a first payment on an earn in deal that should fit with ASIC regulations …
Except someone (Alex Cheeseman as part of due diligence?) discovers most of the FLV claims have expired. and since January there are only 1,440 acres are left.
Someone scrambles to ‘gradually acquire’ the lapsed claims back ( lucky noone else was hungry for that land?)
And you create some posts about how fantastic it is going to be because:
*the land is near Other Companies*
*Nevada is cool*
*Brine is the future*
….and even postulate Altura and the Lithium Corporation mob (the president of which has a photo of a
dog on his linkedin page and refers to himself as ‘chief cook and bottlewasher’ ) are such great potential business partners that renowed lithium expert Dr John Burba is probably going to charge into the fray and do a deal with them .
