Most league players struggle with basic skills such as kicking, especially at the standard required to play AFL. Hunt was quite a good Aussie Rules player as a kid. He is certainly a tough unit, and may be able to make the switch successfully.
Most league players wouldn't have a hope in hell of playing AFL.....just don't have the skills (many struggle to catch a ball on the full, let alone catch it above their heads ....lol...or jump high for that matter). Most are far too slow, and lack the quick thinking and flair required to play AFL at the top level.
Those that played Aussie Rules as a kid would have some chance of making the transition.
