EDE itself can sue for Your repeated accusations that they are somehow fudging the slate and declaring sales and business that You spam are not real.
HotCopper's trolls on borrowed time

"If you're going to use Twitter to troll those whose investment theses conflict with your own, anonymity is never assured. As Clive Asset Management's Afterpay Twitter bulls Jonathan Wilson and Gareth Abernathy discovered in these pages yesterday.
That took a little bit of deduction to figure out. But if a user goes so far as to post something potentially defamatory on "Australia's largest finance site" HotCopper, all it takes is a court order.

The Australian-based, ASX-listed stock forum is a hot-bed of dark ops investor relations and pump-and-dump operations, all of which frequently rely on a level of anonymity. But its terms and conditions make clear that the company may "access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to ... protect the rights, property, or personal safety of HotCopper, its users and the public". It's a clause so broad you could drive an A380 through it. But who reads the fine print right?

Last month, the directors of Flinders Mines made an application for the details of 23 users who'd been posting about the company. HotCopper told them to get a court order, which they promptly did, unopposed by HotCopper.

That followed a 2016 court order successfully sought by Big Un's Richard Evertz to get to the bottom of other criticism (Big Un ended up going into business with HotCopper before the former's house of cards collapsed, so there were clearly no hard feelings). And in 2015, another discovery order allowed CuDeco's colourful founder Wayne McCrae (famous for claiming his critics had "testicles smaller than ants") to find out if his suspicious about who was defaming him on HotCopper were correct."

How could CPP Inc or Georgia Atlantic Waste Services know that EdenCrete would work out cheaper if they had not done a cost benefit analysis?

EdenCrete was launched in January '16. It has had sales in 4 different DoT's in that short a time and is being or is to start trialling in 4 others, with many more already on the APL.
