We agree on something BB! Share consolidations are generally bad news. They must be done under the right conditions or all you'll see is a gradual decline back to nothing.
It's all about market cap.
If it's done correctly, a share consol could work as there is the psycholgical effect of having fewer shares on issue and not appearing as a 'penny dreadful'.
