Flow rates are a fair bit lower than talked about. Does this matter so much? Thoughts...
Also interesting that they specifically mention the different interpretations of the JV partners. One wonders how functional JV partners are when they openly talk of such things and / or why they interpret things differently. Is one overly optimistic / aggressive?
