    Hey, You cant really say MUST HAVE as There Might have been other reasons for the change in their short positions, as I read a report on the 20th May highlighting them as a Buy, which related to better government re-imbursement schedules as well as other dynamics that made them give a good buy rating...Which is why I am sitting here, grinning, today!
