I got interested in the stock once it broke above the downwards trend line and started consolidating in the box shown, but unfortunately I forgot all about it and it marched all the way up to 15 cents. Now a couple of days ago I did more research about its fundamentals and I like to share the results with you. This company has an average gross profit margin of 6 percent and a huge 30 million dollar admin costs every year, so based on that they at least have to have 500 million dollars revenue to cover their admin costs and then a lot more revenue is needed to produce some profit for share holders. Company's revenue projection for the next year with the lacto expansion in production line is between 119 to 125 mil, meaning still a long way to profitability. Never the less, the BV per share is 12 cents and considering the support they're receiving from the SA gov it can be a good value for money in the long run at prices well below its BV.
from the TA perspective the important lines are shown on the chart in terms of potential supports for the price which if broken, it means that the first phase of growth is over for at lease a few months.
