Have taken the point of view that rights issue price is largely based on previous months trading?
Might br wrong in a direct manner.
However Anvil management obviously will make rights issue a positive investment to share holders so must take into account trading price of shares.
Right issue price may also be adjusted at last moment if there is a market hiccup.
However as Miningnut suggests, the targeted rights issue deal is no doubt already decided - bearing in mind last minute adjustment is still on the cards.
The interesting point coming from Miningnut's input is that Gecamine agreement appears certain - appears imminent - appears to be accommodated in forward planning.
As such tis very good news for holders.
Anvil is breaking through in profits - in exploration - in corporate expansion!
We wait now for announcements and share price to also break through. Yawn!
Anvil a "minnow" is tuning into Anvil a medium sized mining company - with more potential still.
