The Barton gold project should be drilled this year/early next year and with discoveries all around it should be straightforward to put a nice resource together.
i have seen plenty of these stories. Its just a matter of marketing and getting receipt of lab assays.
However, i understand your frustration. Sadly only more experience will overcome it.
