    Please explain point 3. Does this mean it will take another 6-9 months, to see the offtake and finance binding? Why does this take so much time? Why don't they sign the agreement now and maybe expand it, when new Jorc and DFS is done?
    I want them to get into production. The agreements and the start of construction would be the game changers.
