    LPI's proposed Maricunga Stage One has a nameplate capacity of 15,000 tonnes per annum (with the upgrade of 1.8x that will be almost 30, 000 tonnes per annum. That is better than Orocobre) of lithium carbonate production, with significant future expansion potential from subsequent stages.
