    Can anyone clarify in laymans terms please. what does this mean? possible merger / take over? if i kept holding YFZ stock will I lose it or eill it just change to the takeover company? Sorry new to this and bought in around $1.2 so still at a loss so didnt want to sell. Info will be greatly appreciated.
