There were a couple of clues that SOL were looking at getting out of API in recent times. First they sold down their stake to 20 percent (from 25) and then Robert Millner resigned from the board. Even just the way they've talked about it when asked in recent years you could tell their wasn't a lot of enthusiasm for the business prospects.
