THis is perplexing...

Why raise capital when your share price is in a hole.

Why raise capital when you have funding to mid 2010.

Why raise capital if you are about to sell $1bill in coal tenements.

I don't understand this at all.

Surely they know what interest they have for the coal tenements after quite a few weeks of shopping them around. I have never been a pessimist - but this tells me that the tenements are not going to sell any time soon.

Either that or the CFO is an idiot...
