Apple and Google are trusted ,"brands" on a worldwide basis they will simply act as a facilitator for incumbent FSP,s on a no risk basis with I expect an option to expand the risk/reward involvement
The financing of the ZIp warehouse facilities simply gave the funders access to all the data without the risk
Once Google eventually announces their offering any stand alone BNPL has little or no hope of seeing share prices above current levels
The US APT is indicating a fall to $110 today but it will be interesting to see if Zip loses even more like 15 to 20 percent taking it below the 200 day EMA from which it's unlikely to ever recover
