First imo there will be no cash distribution from towerco sale,the proceeds will be used to pay down doubt and initiate a share buy back.Which as posted is best for penn to do as i have concerns about his ability to spend the proceeds on growth assets.
If the nbn one off payments used to pay the 3 cent special have finished and penn uses the asset sale proceeds to maintain that 3 cent special div in FY22 then that imo would be absolutely financially irresponsible.
