I am sure the Chinese will argue the premium will be to the SP prior to the news breaking as the in the absence of this news the SP would have been dragged lower based on latest earnings update....35% on circa $9.10 would amount to $12.50 or so. That won't get Nufarm board support...will be an interesting to see it unfold. Will continue to get in and out when it dips in the meantime.
