I think they'll just scrape it in, largely because the game of musical chairs that the Asian steel companies have been playing up till now, (in which they've been trying to nail down off-take agreements at recession prices), is coming to an end as commodity prices rise into the global recovery.

I think Brett's rabbit is jumping up and down in the hat, and should bounce out quite soon ...
