Haha! Nope. Not really. Well, I think prepaid inventory will appear at sometime in the future as another revenue stream, but clearly the company is focusing on BNPL. Processing digital transactions continue to tick away in the background.

PPI (is that a swear word?) is a probably a good option in the future (GHL do it with success in Malaysia), but after KLK did his March presentation and spoken about it at some length, throwing around example gross margins etc, etc, the company hasn't said tickety-boo about it. Ever wonder why?

Funnily enough, yesterday I was thinking about the fact that IOU has told the (retail investor) market, via a sponsored article, there won't be any more updates until the next quarterly. Now the product has launched, there's also been no more interviews or presentations. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I wonder if somebody at IOU was following the froth on places like HotCopper in the lead up to the last quarterly and they've learned a lesson about the volatility that comes with a retail-dominated register. The reason I say this is I was watching a video about a resource company (Strike Energy) and in the promotional video on their website, there was an over-the-shoulder shot of the Managing Director sitting at his desk and one of the tabs visible on his computer screen was.... the Strike Energy HotCopper page. That got me thinking!
