    Looks like the projected $30 is coming much sooner than the end of 2009. ;)

    Sydney - Thursday - July 30: (RWE Australian Business News) -
    The AquaSure consortium had been awarded the contract to build
    Australia's biggest desalination plant, which will secure Victoria's
    water supplies and help ease water restrictions.
    AquaSure consists of Suez Environnement, Degremont, Thiess
    (Leighton - ASX:LEI) and Macquarie Capital Group to build the $3.5
    billion desalination plant.
