It's obvious Bruce has announced overly optimistic timelines, unfortunately it's not ununcommon. Rightly or wrongly, negative sentiment here on Hotcopper has become extreme. The volumes traded below 30c have been light, relative to the total 500mill plus shares held for investment. I suspect there are savvy large and small investors that understand mining development for a new industry, 'Silica Sands' that are patiently watching hotcopper retailers murder each others hard earnt, waiting to see how low impatient hotcopper retailers can drop this before moving in. I'm doing it myself. I have a position and will add to it as the blood that is already on the street here starts to stop. The 1 to 5 year Return on investment, ROI from here is looking extremely attractive. But why buy while the murder continues. I understand that when I ignore the noise, and block out Bruce's CEO pitch and hotcopper noise, that this project is progressing at the correct speed. IMO, the true narrative without the noise is this. is that Major Offtakes will come held up due to Tier 1 partners mandate for on-site visits. COVID has obviously prevented this from happening, they are only delayed and they most definately come before EPA approvals and of course they will be very positive catalysts. That update has already been provided and should be obvious regardless. We're likely to get more than one of these major offtakes and if I were Bruce, I would be patiently waiting for that right partner too. EPA process is moving along accordingly and Bruce has engaged expert local & experienced environmental contractors for this task so it's moving along accordingly. I have already been told independently that the EPA application is quite advanced in terms of it being a multi year process which VRX started surveys for all 3 projects 2 to 3 yrs ago. That person also mentioned that 3 public comments is very low compared to others that can receive 100's or even 1000's. Again, ignore the hype or noise from Bruce or hotcopper and see the progress for what it is. All other works appear to be progressing well, as they are. Its actually a progressively unfolding positive story that is delivering a better opportunity more and more everyday atm. And, what can be done in the order it needs to, appears to be happening. If your not accumulating, some here need to just switch off all VRX news flow for say, 12 mths. It should feel like your birthday. Come back in 2 years and it will be Xmas and so on. DYOR
