hmmm a little unexpected there that Tony leaves with only 20m options ?
I had Tony down as 20 million options upon employment @ 6.0c just for joining FOD
then as per the AGM voted resolutions in January:
- 10 million for Sales > $38m in any year prior to 2023
- 10 million for EBITDA > $1.1m in any year prior to 2023
maybe Sales and EBITDA wasn't achieved, maybe I had it wrong about the original 20 million upon employment also being cancelled by that AGM resolution ??
