Yep, this is just an update to to previous notice where they believed the external parties would get back to them in 7 days. They got an update saying it will probably be another 2.
If they didn't post this update there would be a huge moaning, wailing and gnashing of teeth moaning the fact that it was due today and nothing was mentioned.
Be thankful were not getting an update saying "one year and a million bucks before we find out"
