This should be back to 0.097 this afternoon.
You did you say this afternoon - sad to say the afternoon has come and gone and so is the hope of getting back to that level. Live to fight another day - perhaps by the end of the week or end of the month.
The current cr offering appears to be holding it back and may even fall further near term.
