Thanks Dr Redfaces, I was under the impression that early detection might result in treatment being available to stop the progress of the disease, whereas CVac is essentially used in late stage treatment if I'm not mistaken. If no treatment is available in the early stages following detection, wouldn't that mean that patients could be exposed to CVac for longer periods of treatment with earlier diagnosis resulting in significantly higher product sales than otherwise would be the case?

Sorry if I sound a little clinical, it'd be absolutely fantastic if CVac was effective in early stage treatment avoiding the progression of this dreadful disease but that's not the situation as I understand it.

Any assistance in clarifying this up would be appreciated.
