It’s very strange that the numbers produced yesterday in buy orders came out of left field with no news warranting this sort of behaviour, this is definitely insider trading but why? This trading halt explains it but a cap raise would not? Cap raises hurt a companies share price so why would anyone buy in with this information? (If it is a cap raise) and not just wait until the dilution happens and buy at a cheaper price?
