I agree with all your comments. Ticking the boxes for me also. I was lucky to come across it I think. I have emailed David a few times as part of my own due diligence and he responds immediately and from what I can gather is pretty happy with the way things are going.

As for the inactivity in the last quarter, I understand that after the completion of the last drilling campaign - it just gets TOO BLOODY HOT to drill over the summer.

You're right, the rights issue cash will get the drilling underway again. Assuming they raise all the cash, it should be enough to undertake an expected 15000m of drilling and get to a JORC inferred resource.

I've thoroughly researched David N's background and it's impressive to say the least. If they can back up with some impressive drill results this time round - with such a tightly held register (with only 50m shares issued pre rights issue), this only has one way to go. IMO of course.
