At the risk of droning on, I forgot to add a few other points. The 2 share a number of directors, including Dennis Morton, who was a founding shareholder and previous MD of ESG, David Casey, the CEO of ESG is an alternate on the board of OIP, Anthony Edgar is on both ESG and OIP. There may be more but this is off the top of my head.

Finally, i think I may have failed to address your question as to why OIP has not tracked ESG. IMO, the answer is a function of the fact that ESG, if anything, has adopted a low profile, underpromise, over deliver approach, however, David Casey of ESG has promoted the delivered results of ESG. The same cannot be said of the MD of OIP, Barry Smith, who may as well be a spectre, he has been unseen or heard from over the past few months / years.
